4 Arrests for Shoplifting at Woodbridge Center Mall
Three stores were hit over the weekend: Boscov's, Lord and Taylor and J.C. Penney in three different incidents.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ - There were four arrests in three different alleged shoplifting incidents over the weekend at the Woodbridge Center mall. A man and a woman from Staten Island were arrested, as was a man from New Brunswick and a woman from Fairfield, NJ.
The first incident occurred at 1:40 p.m. on Friday, when two men and a woman were seen in the Lord & Taylor, cutting the security alarms off women's handbags, police said. The three were captured on CCTV cameras randomly selecting merchandise and cutting off the store's security sensors with a knife, a loss prevention agent said. They were unsuccessful in cutting off most of the sensors, but they did remove the sensor from a $228 Kate Spade purse. One of the men, Ronald Kilichowski, 29, of Staten Island, tried to walk out of the store with it and that's when he was stopped by security, police said.
Kilichowski was charged with shoplifting and possession of burglary tools. Theresa Steo, 30, also of Staten Island, was charged with conspiracy to commit shoplifting. The third man was not charged, as security agents said they never actually saw him trying to cut or steal anything.
