5 Busted After Woodbridge Mall Stabbing On Memorial Day Weekend

Five people were arrested after stabbing incident at a New Jersey mall this weekend, police said.

The five people were in custody after a shoplifting incident at the Woodbridge Center Mall sent an employee to the hospital, according to News12.

The problems began with a shoplifting incident that turned into a robbery and led to the stabbing, according to News12. A loss prevention officer in Macy's was stabbed in the right arm.

The suspected shoplifter was with four accomplices who were in a getaway vehicle outside, according to News4 New York.
