5 Years In Prison For Woodbridge Drunk Driving Fatal Crash
The man, intoxicated, drove the wrong way on a Parkway exit ramp in Woodbridge Twp. on July 10, 2014, killing two.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ - A 29-year-old man was sentenced Friday to five years in state prison for causing a drunk-driving crash that killed two men after he drove the wrong way on a Parkway exit ramp in Woodbridge Township in 2014.
Andrew Frazell, 29, of Newton must serve 85 percent of the term before he can be eligible for parole. The sentence was imposed in New Brunswick by Superior Court Judge Alberto Rivas, who said the defendant must serve three years of parole supervision upon his release from prison.
The judge also suspended Frazell’s license for five years after he is released from prison.

Frazell was sentenced after he pleaded guilty on September 26, 2016 to two counts of vehicular homicide. He admitted he was intoxicated when he drove his 2005 Jeep Liberty the wrong way on an exit ramp on the Garden State Parkway in Woodbridge and struck a 2005 Honda Accord on July 10, 2014.
The driver of the Honda, Deron McGuire, 42, of Sayreville, and his passenger, Lucian Roberson, 36, of Hackensack, were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred at 10:38 p.m.

Subsequent blood-alcohol testing of the defendant showed a reading of 0.162 percent. The legal limit is 0.08 percent.
Frazell avoided trial and pleaded guilty after reaching an agreement with Middlesex County Assistant Prosecutor Sheree Pitchford.
