8 Unlocked Cars Entered in Woodbridge; Money and Credit Cards Taken, Police Report
The cars were parked on Crescent St., Craske St., Mawbey St., Dutchess Lane, Crampton Avenue and Barrons Gate Avenue, all unlocked.

Woodbridge, NJ - Someone is looking for unlocked cars parked in Woodbridge and helping themselves to items inside, police said.
Last Wednesday and Thursday, Aug. 24 and 25, eight different cars were entered and had items removed, Woodbridge Township police said. The cars were parked on Crescent Street, Craske Street, Mawbey Street, Dutchess Lane, Crampton Avenue and Barrons Gate Avenue, all in the Woodbridge section of the township. Various items were taken, including loose change, purses, wallets, credit cards and other forms of ID, sunglasses and a pair of binoculars.
All the cars appear to have been parked unlocked, police said. The cars were broken into between 6 p.m. Wednesday night and 10 a.m. Thursday morning. The cars included three Jeeps, two Ford pick-up trucks, an Oldsmobile and an Acura.
