2. Woodbridge Police Officer Hit By Car, Back Broken (patch.com) — Woodbridge residents are learning more about Officer Alexander Rebelo, who suffered a fractured neck and back after being struck by a car on Route 35 in Colonia while trying to pull a distressed pedestrian from traffic. After treatment at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, he was released in a wheelchair Friday, as his fellow Woodbridge officers shared a video of his hospital walk-out.

Luxury transit-oriented Woodbridge apartment community, Avenue & Green, sells for $79M (binje.com) — A 232-unit luxury apartment complex at 10 Green St. in downtown Woodbridge has been sold for $79 million and rebranded as The Point Woodbridge.
