Join Lori M. Gaines, Esq. at the West Caldwell Library located at 30 Clinton Road, West Caldwell, NJ 07006 on March 19, 2015 at 7:00 pm. Ms. Gaines is a former special education teacher who now focuses her legal practice on special education law. Ms. Gaines will explain the educational rights of students with disabilities and the responsibilities owed to these students by their school districts, as prescribed by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and the New Jersey Administrative Code.
