Bartenders Compete Tonight to Benefit Feeding America
Master mixologists at T.G.I. Friday's will be slinging drinks to benefit a good cause.

T.G.I. Friday's bartenders will be slinging drinks in high style for a cause tonight.
Showcasing their knowledge and accuracy of bartending through freestyle flair skills, bartenders who won the regional competitions earlier this year will continue in their quest tonight for the title of “2011 T.G.I. Friday’s Greatest Bartender in the World” at the T.G.I. Friday's on Gill Lane in Iselin.
They will be competing in the divisional finals of the World Bartender Championship. The winner of this competition, now in its 21st year, will move onto the finals in Dallas next March. The drink making begins at 7 pm.

A portion of proceeds from the event benefit Feeding America, the nation's leading domestic hunger-relief charity and Friday’s brand charity of choice. Feeding America feeds America’s hungry through a nationwide network of member food banks who supply food to more than 37 million people each year, including 14 million children and 3 million seniors.
Overall, more than 8,000 Friday’s mixologists from around the world will be testing their knowledge and skills in their quest to reach T.G.I. Friday’s World Bartender Championship.
