Bayonne Man Stabbed to Death Monday in Woodbridge: Prosecutor
A woman, also of Bayonne, has been arrested, after police said she tried to hide the knife.

Woodbridge, NJ - A man from Bayonne, NJ was fatally stabbed early Monday morning in Woodbridge Township, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew Carey said. This is the same incident that police investigated earlier Monday in the truck lanes off NJ Turnpike Exit 12 in Carteret.
Pablo Caamano, 33, was pronounced dead at 4:07 a.m. Monday after police were called and subsequently located a vehicle parked on Randolph Avenue in Woodbridge.
While the results of an autopsy are pending, it appeared he had been stabbed to death, Carey said. As Patch reported, at 3:21 a.m., troopers and detectives from Troop “D” Cranbury Station responded to the report of a bleeding, unconscious man. When troopers arrived, they discovered the male victim, police said.

Amarlis Calderon, 32, also of Bayonne, is being held in lieu of $75,000 bail after she was charged with two counts of hindering police by lying to investigators and for disposing of a knife.
She also was charged with tampering with evidence for discarding the knife.

The New Jersey State Police initially were alerted at 3:20 a.m. and responded along with members of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
