The body of a New Jersey man who went missing two months ago was pulled from the water under a major bridge to New York, police said.

The body Michael B. Ortega, 21, who was last seen by his family on Jan. 19. was recovered by the New York Police Department's Harbor Unit, police said.

The Jersey City man's death is not considered suspicious and there were no signs of trauma.

Results of toxicology results from an autopsy are pending, according to the Jersey City police.

Ortega had no identification on him, was identified by New York authorities through dental records after he was found on March 9.

Visitation was at the Riotto Funeral Home & Cremation Company, 3205 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey City on Tuesday. The funeral was to begin on Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. A funeral procession was to begin at 11:30 a.m. to Arlington Cemetery in Kearny for a graveside service, according to his obituary.

Ortega, who worked for CVS in Secaucus, was a graduate of Alfred E. Zampella P.S. No. 27 and Dickinson High School of Jersey City.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted by the family.
