Join us on Thursday, August 10 at 7:00 PM at the Woodbridge Main Library as author and historian David Veasey describes the history of our great state by examining colonial taverns, churches, houses, mill and other everyday buildings that dot our landscape. He'll give us a visual tour of the historical architectural styles and features of some of our oldest buildings and discuss the European roots of New Jersey’s Colonial Architecture.

Veasey is also the author of Guarding New Jersey’s Shore: Lighthouses and Life-Saving Stations, and New Jersey Then and Now, 65 vignettes about various unique places around the Garden State.
