Burns to Man's Hair in Woodbridge Fire
The fire, which started at 12:30 p.m. Monday, destroyed a home on East Iselin Parkway.

Woodbridge, NJ - A home was destroyed and a man suffered burns in a fire Monday afternoon on East Iselin Parkway.
The man suffered burns to his hair, according to MyCentralJersey.com, when the fire broke out in the basement of the home.
The fire was reported at 12:30 p.m. A man and woman were inside the home eating lunch when they reported hearing “popping” sounds coming from the basement, according to News 12 New Jersey.

The two people made it out of the house safely, and, despite the winds, firefighters were able to prevent it from spreading to nearby homes.
