Our Pride. Our Power. Our Community. - New Jersey Statewide Disability Rights Rally

Join REV UP NJ and the Centers for Independent Living on October 5th in Trenton for an important Disability Rights Rally bringing together people with disabilities, families, advocates, organizations, and allies from across New Jersey.

This is an important time for the disability community to come together in solidarity. People with disabilities are facing significant challenges on the federal level that could affect civil rights, access to home and community supports, health care, and other protections that people with disabilities have fought for over many years.

Our rights cannot be taken for granted. This rally is an opportunity to come together, be visible, learn about the issues affecting our community, and remind our elected officials that disability rights are civil rights.

Based on the response we have received so far, we are expecting a strong turnout from across New Jersey. The Governor and state legislators have been invited to attend, and guest speakers from Washington, D.C. will be joining us.
