Car Break-Ins In Colonia, Avenel, Police Report

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Woodbridge police reported Tuesday that there have been "numerous" car break-ins recently in the Avenel and Colonia sections of the Township.

Car burglaries and thefts have occurred in the past week in the Village Drive area of Avenel and in the areas of Sherwood Road, Midwood Road, Sycamore Road and Longfellow Drive in Colonia, police said.

Police remind residents to always lock their cars and not leave valuables showing. Report anything suspicious to Woodbridge police.
