WOODBRIDGE, NJ — Someone left these three cats outside on the street in a dirty litter box in Woodbridge Township last Wednesday.
Three young cats were found left by a curb on North Williams Street in a very dirty litter box, Heather Campione, manager at the Woodbridge Animal Shelter, confirmed to Patch. North Williams is behind Main Street, and is nowhere close to the Woodbridge Animal Shelter, she said.
