In reading the report, one can see there are numerous concerns about code violations, environmental, fire and other safety issues cited. So many in fact that one may well question why our local building and fire prevention inspectors have not caused such issues to be remedied immediately or the facility closed until such time as they were rectified?

How is it the McCormac Administration and the Woodbridge Town Council are still going forward with the acquisition of the Club at Woodbridge, knowing the stated purchase price of the Club likely exceeds it's true market value, and will cost taxpayers $$$$ more to bring the facility into compliance with current building, safety and ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) compliance?

While many are questioning the "Why" of this acquisition by the McCormac Administration, especially by incurring more Bond Debt, the real concerns must lie in ascertaining the true financial costs and liabilities this acquisition presents to Woodbridge Township taxpayers; and more importantly, the health and safety of adults and children who are being exposed to such dangers!
