Community Service After Fake Slip-And-Fall At Woodbridge Company
The man who admitted to faking his own slip and fall while working at a Woodbridge-based company last year was sentenced Monday.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — The man who faked his own slip and fall while working at a Woodbridge-based company last year has been sentenced to probation and community service. He also must pay back the insurance company after he claimed he was injured in the fake slip 'n fall, announced the Middlesex County Prosecutor, which investigated the case.
Alexander Goldinsky, 58, of Randolph, was sentenced this past Monday, Nov. 4 to two years of probation and 14 hours of community service.
He also has to pay $563.48 to an insurance company for the payment they gave him after he orchestrated the slip and fall, which was caught on video in the company break room. The hilarious video shows him purposely throw ice on the floor in the cafeteria at his workplace.

Goldinsky was working as an independent contractor operating under the company name All Gold Industries and was subcontracted to perform work at a company in Woodbridge.
He then placed himself on the ground, and waited until he was discovered.

After that, Goldinsky claimed he had a head injury and submitted false claims to an insurance company, which paid him for his bogus injury. The Woodbridge-based company he was working for was never named by the Middlesex County prosecutor.
Goldinsky pleaded guilty on August 16 to third-degree insurance fraud.
