Starting Monday, many Middlesex, Monmouth, Union or Ocean county library card holders can access Hoopla for free. Hoopla is an online streaming service with thousands of eBooks, audio books, movies, television shows, music and even comic books. To get started, click the link to register your free Hoopla account. http://ow.ly/Jhtz301rywa
Note: This applies only to library card holders in Libraries of the Middlesex Automation Consortium (which has 30 branches throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, and Union counties) or Ocean County Library (which consists of 22 branches throughout Ocean County). Ask your library if they are a branch.

You just need to enter which library you are a part of, and then put in your library card number to create an account. Sometimes you must also put in your local library's PIN, as well.
The only catch is you don't own what you downloaded forever. Movies expire in 3 days. You "rent" the e-book for several weeks. When it expires, the title is automatically returned back to Hoopla, but you do have the option to take it out again.
