East Brunswick Talent Agency Closes, Leaves Employees Unpaid
The agency shut down amid financial troubles.

Interface Talent has closed for business, leaving their employees with unpaid wages after employees were given invalid checks by the agency.
The building had an eviction notice posted on its door after the proprietors had allegedly not paid rent. Interface employees have reportedly said they feel cheated and lied to about the company’s state of affairs.
“We didn’t want to see the company go under, we all like our jobs and we like each other and basically they should have been upfront with us instead of just keep lying,” said former employee Carol McBride to My9NJ.com

A statement from the agency says they recently lost out on an investor and were forced to explore other options. The agency said “nobody lost more” than its owners due to the closure.
Interface has received several bad reviews from employees and clients alike, the latter of whom complained they did not receive services and considerations that they paid for.
