Calling heroin "an epidemic" in New Jersey, Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew Carey said Wednesday, "We must aggressively investigate and prosecute those responsible for the deaths of so many addicts in New Jersey. Law enforcement must target those who selfishly profit from dealing drugs."

Constable is facing charges for selling drugs to others as well, in unrelated incidents, Carey said.
