Edison Police Give Out Slurpees for Good Behavior

Edison, NJ - In these last remaining dog days of summer, the Edison Police Department has teamed up with 7-Eleven to reward kids they see doing good deeds with free Slurpee drink coupons. East Brunswick police are doing something similar this summer. Edison police officers began giving out Slurpee coupons earlier this week, distributing over a hundred so far. That's Edison Police Officer Christopher Gadomski and a group of local kids who were given Slurpee coupons.
So far, Edison officers have handed out coupons to kids they observed using bicycle safety equipment, helping their parents and neighbors with chores, picking up litter and taking care of younger siblings, Police Chief Thomas Bryan said.
