
Applebee’s will once again thank veterans and active military by inviting them to any local Applebee’s in New Jersey for a free meal on November 11.
For the third year, Applebee’s will be holding this event. Last year, the restaurant chain served more than 1 million free meals. Last year, the New Jersey Applebee’s restaurants served over 17,000 meals to men and women of the armed forces.
Thirty-nine participating New Jersey Applebee’s restaurants, including Woodbridge, are offering veterans a special menu. Some of its signature and favorite items will be served to veterans such as the Three Cheese Chicken Penne dinner, the Chicken Tenders Platter, Oriental Chicken Salad, Fiesta Lime Chicken and the Double Crunch Shrimp meal.

New Jersey Applebee's restaurants will open at 11 am for lunch and serve dinner until closing at midnight or later. The honored guests will need to provide proof of service, which includes: U.S. Uniform Services Identification Card, U.S. Uniform Services Retired Identification Card, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organization Card, photograph in uniform or wearing uniform, DD214, Citation or Commendation.
The offer is valid for dine-in only. Traditional sides are included with the free entrees. Appetizers, upgraded side items, beverages, desserts and gratuity are not included. For more information, visit www.applebees.com.
