Raritan Bay Medical Center is hosting a Bariatric Weight Loss Support Group meeting Thursday, February 17, 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the hospital’s Perth Amboy location, 530 New Brunswick Ave. Lauretta Thompson, RN, MSN, CRNI, will be leading discussions on the concerns regarding weight loss surgery, including its successes. This event is for those contemplating weight loss surgery or those who have had it, and those working hard to maintain a healthy weight.
