The borough of Carteret is holding its first annual Battle of the Bands concert on August 20 at the Carteret Pier and Waterfront Park located at the intersections of Roosevelt and Middlesex Avenues in Carteret. The concert begins at 5:00 p.m. In the event of rain, the concert will be relocated to the Thomas J. Deverin Community Center, 100 Cooke Avenue. Admission is free.
