Raritan Bay Medical Center will hold “We Keep You Moving,” an educational workshop on September 27, October 4 and October 6. The free event will take place at two locations; the Raritan Bay Medical Center’s Old Bridge location at 3 Hospital Plaza in Old Bridge, and at the YMCA at the Woodbridge Community Center, 600 Main Street, Woodbridge.
