  4. Join a Tai Chi class in Clark. are being held at the Clark Recreation center today at 12:30 pm - no registration is required. This class is for those looking for beneficial exercise to improve posture, circulation, respiratory efficiency, muscle strength and balance, all while relieving unwanted stress.
