An accompanying ordinance will also be put before the governing body, that the newly devised Blair Road and Omar Avenue Redevelopment Plan be adopted.
There was no sign in the plan whether the properties, if designated as being in need of redevelopment, would be eligible for any special property tax breaks, such as the many Payment in Lieu of Taxes (PILOT) programs that many Woodbridge businesses use.
McCormac could not be reached for comment.
The council meeting will be held tonight at Town Hall at 7 pm.
