HMH RBMC Receives an ‘A’ for Patient Safety from The Leapfrog Group

Hackensack Meridian Raritan Bay Medical Center is pleased to announce it was awarded an ‘A’ from The Leapfrog Group’s spring 2024 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Guide. The designation recognizes hospitals for efforts to protect patients from harm and provide safer health care.

Leapfrog assigns an “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” or “F” grade to general hospitals across the country based on over 30 measures of errors, accidents, injuries and infections, as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.
