In a Harsh Office Rental Environment, a New Metropark Building Scores

Metrotop II is a beautiful 10 story office building in Metropark, the Iselin section of Woodbridge. In any other year, tenants would be lined up to sign on the dotted rental line.

But with almost 25 percent of the state's office space vacant, it's been tough for even the best of buildings to get new tenants and keep old ones. Newmark Knight Frank, a real estate brokerage, managed to snag a top flight prospect as Metrotop II's first tenant.

Ansell Ltd, a manufacturer of gloves and protective clothing, will be the first company to set up shop in Metrotop II, according to the Wall St. Journal.
