Seems like just yesterday that we were pushing heavy, wet snow off the sidewalk. But now it's officially spring, and Fords Middle School is celebrating it with the first-of-the-season carnival.
The fun begins at 11 am and goes through 5 pm on the grounds of the school at 100 Fanning Street, rain or shine.
There will be carnival games, a gift auction, and food. Purchase an all-day ride bracelet for $15 at the door ($12 in advance) and get unlimited access to all inflatable rides. There's an admission fee of $3 a person or $5 a family, which is waived if the all-day ride bracelet is purchased.
