Juvenile Boy Shot in Perth Amboy

He was treated for non-fatal injuries.

PERTH AMBOY, NJ-- Police are investigating the non-fatal shooting of a juvenile boy in Perth Amboy.

The boy was shot just after 7:30 on Sept. 25 near Kearney Ave in Perth Amboy, police say. He was treated for a single gunshot wound at the scene, and then taken to a local hospital.

Officials believe it was an isolated incident, and the investigation is still ongoing.
