Local Man Charged with Graffiti in Woodbridge

Someone called in to report that a man was spray painting a utility pole, a recess wall, a utility box, and a UPS box along Amboy Ave.

Woodbridge, NJ - A local Iselin man was arrested Tuesday night and charged with spraying graffiti in the area of Amboy Ave. and Green Street in Woodbridge.

Someone called in to report that a man was spray painting (tagging) various objects, including a utility pole, a recess wall, a utility box, and a UPS box along Amboy Ave. and Green St., with a woman serving as his look-out, police said.

When officers arrived in that area, they found the man holding a can of black spray paint, which was confiscated as evidence, and an open container of beer, they said. Michael O’Connor, 36, of Iselin, was arrested, as was Tanya Gundersen, 24, of Edison.
