Local Savings Bank is "Listening Up"
Metuchen Savings Bank wants to know what you think in their "We're All Ears" campaign.

They've survived two world wars, a Great Depression, and the current economic crisis. And now Metuchen Savings Bank, who has made "taking care of Main Street, not Wall Street" their battle cry, wants to know what you think.
The borough-based savings bank launched a new "Listening Campaign" on Friday, complete with a 10 ft. high elephant to symbolize the "We're All Ears" theme of the promotion. The 115-year-old financial institution is soliciting the opinions of their customers on their products and services.
“By carefully listening to what our customers have to say, we can continue to improve and provide the best banking experience possible,” said Katherine Liseno, president and CEO of Metuchen Savings Bank, in a statement.

By filling out a short questionnaire, participants will provide feedback to the bank and will receive a small gift as a thank you for the effort. Participants will also be entered into a weekly appreciation drawing for their help.
Customer and would-be customers can fill out the survey online and still be entered into the appreciation drawing.

"We proud of our history, yet we are by no means an old-fashioned bank. We strive to maintain products and services that are the most current in the banking industry," Liseno said. "While we are going to have a lot of fun with this listening campaign, we are very serious about what our customers have to say."
Metuchen Savings Bank is at 442 Main Street in Metuchen. Their phone number is 732-549-2111.
