Man Arrested In Woodbridge License Plate Theft: Port Authority Police

He also had outstanding warrants in East Brunswick and Rahway, police said

WOODBRIDGE, NJ-- A Staten Island man was arrested on Friday for driving a car with license plates stolen from Woodbridge, Port Authority Police said.

Artem Krushelnitskiy, 33, was pulled over in Perth Amboy for speeding into New Jersey on the Outerbridge Crossing. The license plates on the 2009 Mercedes Benz GL 550 he was driving had been reported stolen in Avenel.

Krushelnitskiy had two outstanding warrants as well: one from East Brunswick and one from Rahway.

He was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property, driving with a suspended license and traffic summons. He is due back in court on Nov. 9.
