Man Fatally Shot In Carteret Wednesday
At 1:06 p.m. Wednesday, authorities responded to the area of Lincoln Avenue in Carteret for a 911 call of a shooting.
CARTERET, NJ — A man was fatally shot in Carteret Wednesday afternoon, said Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Carteret Police Chief Dennis McFadden.
At 1:06 p.m. Wednesday, authorities responded to the area of Lincoln Avenue for a 911 call of a shooting.
Upon arrival, police located two men who sustained gunshot wounds. The victims were transported to a nearby hospital to be treated for their injuries.

One of the victims, Malik Pandy, 27, succumbed to his gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the hospital.
