Men Beaten On Henry Street In Woodbridge: Report
The men said they were attacked with metal rods and baseball bats while sitting in their car at 2:13 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1.
WOODBRIDGE, NJ — A group of three men say they were attacked by a second group of men early Thursday morning in the Port Reading section of Woodbridge, according to a Woodbridge police report of the incident provided to Patch.

The attack occurred on Henry Street in Port Reading. The victims were a California man, 26, a Long Island man, 31, and a Port Reading man, 29.

They said at 2:13 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1 they were sitting in their car when another car pulled up alongside them. Men got out and started hitting them with metal rods and a wooden bat. The victims suffered head cuts and other injuries and were transported to local hospitals. The victims also said a bracelet and iPhone were stolen in the incident.
The victims hit several parked cars on Henry Street as they reversed and tried to get away. The suspects, in multiple cars, fled onto Birch or Division streets heading west.
