Secaucus Police detectives have been investigating this since November and identified Cartagena-Guerro and Baisden as the suspects. Both were charged with receiving a stolen motor vehicle, a felony crime.

"I praise the investigative efforts of my detectives and am appreciative of their diligent work," said Police Chief Dennis Miller. “Because the criminal element works tirelessly to prey on our residents, my detectives will work twice as hard to bring them to justice, and these arrests are evidence of just that.”
