COVID Vaccine Site List In Middlesex County, Including Rite Aids

The vaccine is coming to these Middlesex RiteAids. As of Feb. 12, all the places you can get a coronavirus vaccine in Middlesex County:

MIDDLESEX COUNTY, NJ — New Jersey has been expanding the number of publicly listed coronavirus vaccine sites, and the state continues to announce new locations in Middlesex County and elsewhere. *This list has been updated as of Feb. 12.

These RiteAids in Middlesex County will be getting the vaccine in the next coming weeks. Rite Aid directed people to the state's vaccine hub website to sign up.

Appointments for all other Rite Aid immunizations can be made by clicking here, but it wasn't immediately clear if anybody can schedule one for the COVID immunization on the Rite Aid website.

As of Feb. 1, all Middlesex County-operated sites will be limited to county residents only. Not all the sites are county-run however. For example, some are private doctor's offices and hospitals. Prior to this, all sites operated by Middlesex were accessible to anyone living in the state.

Health Commissioner Judith Persichilli said the state plans to increase the number of vaccination sites beyond 300. State officials have said the goal is to vaccinate 70 percent of the adult population by the spring.

Gov. Phil Murphy announced that New Jersey has created a county-by-county vaccine hub that reports the number of immunizations across the state. Persichilli said her hope is to continue to expand the number of "mega-sites" in convention centers and large spaces, aiming for 1,000 people vaccinated a day.
