New Parkway Exit In Sayreville Opens Sunday

Exit 125, off the southbound GSP, officially opens for use Sunday, July 9 at 6 a.m. It's an E-Z-Pass only exit.

SAYREVILLE, NJ — A new E-Z-Pass-only exit off the Garden State Parkway in Sayreville will open at 6 a.m. Sunday, July 9.

The exit is off the Garden State Parkway southbound and it connects to Chevalier Avenue and Main Street Extension in Sayreville. The new exit is called Exit 125. The New Jersey Turnpike confirmed the Sunday opening to MyCentralJersey.com.

However, it's only for cars with E-Z Pass. If you don't have E-Z Pass, pay cash at the Raritan South toll plaza, Exit 124. Exit 125 was built in Sayreville to accommodate anticipated development of the Raritan River waterfront in that area.
