Northfield Bank Promotes HR Manager

John W. Alexander, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of , announced Thursday that Judy Calabrese was promoted to Vice President and Director of Human Resources, where she will be responsible for leading the Human Resources function for Northfield Bank.

Judy joined Northfield Bank in April of 2011 as Assistant Director of Human Resources. Before that, she served as Director and HR Business Partner at TIAA-CREF in New York City.

“Judy has over 25 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with emphasis on Talent Management,Leadership Development and Employee Relations,” stated Steven Klein, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Northfield. “Her expertise in these areas will be instrumental in supporting Northfield’s growth in 2012 and beyond.”

Ms. Calabrese is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management and Human Resources Association of New York.

She currently resides in Woodbridge.
