Photo: Trooper Saves Pup From Turnpike Traffic
Check out this photo of the dog that was saved by New Jersey State Police in Middlesex County.

State Police posted a photo of a dog saved by a trooper from traffic on the southbound side of the New Jersey Turnpike in Woodbridge.
The incident happened in March, but police recently posted the picture to their Instagram account.
“Luckily, Trooper Andrew Pica was able to corral this pup and return him safely to his owner,’’ State Police said on Instagram. “This crazy pooch was lucky enough to escape this ordeal unharmed, and ride shotgun in a troop car!”
