Piscataway Library Special Education Presentation

Please join Lori M. Gaines, Esq. who will be presenting at the Piscataway Library located at 500 Hoes Lane, Piscataway, New Jersey on April 23, 2015 from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Ms. Gaines is a former special education teacher who now focuses her legal practice on special education law. Ms. Gaines will explain the rights of students with disabilities and the responsibilities owed to these students by their school districts, as prescribed by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and section 6A:14 of the New Jersey Administrative Code.
