Rahway Man Distributed 4 Kilos of Molly, Feds Say

The drugs had been ordered from China and shipped to a location in Teaneck, federal investigators said.

RAHWAY, NJ - A Rahway man was sentenced Tuesday to 57 months in prison for his role in a conspiracy to traffic approximately four kilograms of ethylone from China to New Jersey, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced. Ethylone is a designer drug sometimes referred to as “bath salts” or “molly." Molly can produce hallucinations and a warm, relaxed feeling.

Michael Correa, 32, of Rahway previously pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to distribute ethylone. From October 2013 through July 2014, Correa conspired with Thomas Seymore, 38, of Carteret and others to distribute approximately four kilos of the drug, the US Attorney's Office charged. The drugs had been ordered from China and shipped to a location in Teaneck.
