Siemen's Exec is Among "25 Influential Black Women"

Jeniffer Harper-Taylor, president of the Foundation in , has been named one of the year’s “25 Influential Black Women in Business” by The Network Journal (TNJ), a business magazine geared toward African-American professionals, corporate executives, and business owners.
The annual awards honor women whose professional achievements have significantly impacted an industry or profession, and who also have made an important contribution to their community.
Honorees are profiled in a special March issue of RNJ.

The awards luncheon took place on March 22 at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City.
During more than a decade of service at the Siemens Foundation, Harper-Taylor has had an impact on students, teachers, and schools on a national scale, introducing tens of thousands of young people to opportunities in science, mathematics, engineering and technology (STEM), Siemans Corporation said in a statement.

Today Harper-Taylor oversees an annual investment of more than $7 million in innovative education programs.
