Have fun and move to the music! Join us for Silver Sneakers! Silver Sneakers uses a variety of exercises designed to increase strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Silver Sneakers is free to all members and we work with a variety of insurance based reimbursement programs. Silver Sneakers is held Monday-Thursday mornings. Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit is an intermediate to advanced group exercise class for active older adults who desire a safe and challenging cardio workout. Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit is free to all members and we work with a variety of insurance based reimbursement programs. Silver Sneakers Cardio Fit is held Wednesday evenings from 7:15-8:00 pm. Looking for a challenge? Try our Boot Camp class! Boot Camp is a full body workout packed with variety that focuses on increasing stamina and decreasing body fat.
