Suspicious Men Soliciting in Parking Lot of Linden Sam's Club: Police
Two men were soliciting in front of the Linden Sam's Club Monday afternoon, asking if people needed auto body repairs, police said.

Linden, NJ - Two men were soliciting people in the parking lot of the Linden Sam's Club Monday afternoon, police said, approaching people walking to their cars and asking if they needed auto body repairs.
Someone called police, saying the two men seemed suspicious, and, after investigating, police said the two pulled up to the Rt. 9 Sam's Club in a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria, which had been reported stolen out of New York.
Finnelli John Jace, 22, and Trooper Rocky Mitchell, 21, both of Elizabeth, were arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and soliciting without a permit. Jace was also charged with hindering apprehension for giving officers a false name. He was found to have a contempt warrant out of Paramus court. They were arrested at 3:10 p.m. Monday.

The men told police they were doing auto body repairs for interested customers. They are being held on $5,000 bail pending a court appearance next week. Linden police released this photo of the two arrested.
