When Was McCormac Going to Tell Taxpayers About This Critical Element of the True Cost of Buying the Club at Woodbridge?

The report ( request a copy from the Clerk's office via an electronic e-mail request, there is no charge for an electronic copy) indicates many flaws and major concerns in the Club's structure and equipment. One can only imagine the cost of the needed repairs and upgrades.
Then there is costs of McCormac's redesign of the Club's facilities and the addition of the ice hockey rink to be considered.
