Water Aerobics Returns to the YMCA

This week, The Gateway Family YMCA Water Aerobics and Deep Water Exercise programs return to Rahway Branch, 1564 Irving Street, Rahway, NJ.

Offered each week, with registration online at www.tgfymca.org Water Aerobics and Deep Water Exercise allow individuals to work out in a low-impact environment with safety first social distancing practices.

In addition to YMCA Membership, The Gateway Family YMCA participates in SilverSneakers, Renew Active and Horizon B Fit. Check with your insurance company to ask about your benefits.
