Woman Assaulted In Woodbridge, Police Seek Leads
The woman was attacked on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019 at approximately 10:00 p.m., police said. She was assaulted with a blunt object.

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — The Woodbridge Township Police Department announced Monday, Feb. 11 they are actively investigating the aggravated assault of a 24-year-old woman.
The woman was attacked on Thursday, Jan. 31, 2019 at approximately 10:00 p.m., police said. She was assaulted with a blunt object.
According to the Woodbridge police detective bureau, the assailant is described as a male, mid-20’s, wearing glasses and a winter coat.

Woodbridge police would not answer any further questions about whether the attack occurred in a private home or on the street, nor would they release the race of the male suspect. Officials would only say the attack happened in Woodbridge Township.
