Woman Distracted by Windshield Wipers Hits Man
The woman said her windshield wipers were going when she hit a man directing traffic.

Carteret, NJ - A woman hit a man directing traffic at a construction site in Carteret Tuesday morning, according to NJ.com, and she told police her windshield wipers were going when she hit him.
The driver, Gabriella Rios, of Carteret, was cited for careless driving, police said. She may have also been distracted by sun glare, police said.
The accident happened on Washington Avenue at around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

The man was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital for a head cut and possibly broken collarbone, reports NJ.com.
