Woodbridge Dave And Buster's To Hire 230

WOODBRIDGE, NJ — New Jersey's first Dave & Buster's, which is scheduled to open Nov. 13 at the Woodbridge Center Mall, announced Wednesday they are hiring for more than 230 positions.

Dave & Buster’s is slated to open its first New Jersey location this November in Woodbridge, and is looking to hire more than 230 enthusiastic individuals, the company announced. The Dave & Buster’s will be located in the upper-level Sears wing of the Woodbridge Center Mall. Positions are available in both front and back-of-house capacities, including servers, bartenders, hosts, line cooks, game techs and more. The Woodbridge location will also feature a D&B Sports Bar, "making it the ideal sports viewing destination for guests to cheer on favorite teams from New Jersey, New York, and Philadelphia on massive HD TVs, while enjoying 'better than the stadium' seating," the company says.

Dave & Buster’s offers a comprehensive benefits package for a number of positions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and a 401K. Dave & Buster's was able to finally operate in New Jersey after Gov. Chris Christie two years ago lifted a statewide ban preventing alcohol from being sold in the same establishment where amusement games were offered. The law did not apply to casino gambling, but prevented alcohol from being sold where tickets were given for game prizes, such as Skee-Ball. Dave and Buster's lobbied the New Jersey legislature for years to get the law overturned.
